These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GrandPoint Consulting Group Career Opportunity page, Career Fit Assessment, appointment calendar and related communications. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
PURPOSE OF THIS PAGE
This page provides general information about a potential independent-contractor opportunity in financial services and insurance. Completing an assessment, attending an interview or receiving communications does not create an employment, agency, partnership or contractual relationship.
NOT AN OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
The opportunity described is not a salaried or hourly position. If selected and properly contracted, individuals generally operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own activities, schedules, taxes, expenses and compliance obligations.
LICENSING AND CONTRACTING
Insurance solicitation and sales require the appropriate active license, appointments and carrier or agency contracting. Unlicensed individuals may be required to complete approved pre-licensing education, examinations, applications, background checks and other requirements before conducting licensed activity.
GrandPoint Consulting Group does not guarantee that any person will qualify for licensing, contracting, appointment or onboarding.
COMMISSION-BASED COMPENSATION
Compensation may be commission based and may depend on completed business, carrier approval, policy placement, persistency and other applicable requirements. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, commission amount, client volume or income level.
Any examples, illustrations or discussions concerning potential earnings are educational only and are not promises or projections of individual results. Results vary based on many factors, including licensing, effort, skill, market conditions, client needs and product availability.
ASSESSMENT AND REVIEW
The Career Fit Assessment uses objective readiness information to route candidates into categories such as Qualified, Manual Review or Not Aligned. Automated routing does not make the final contracting decision. GrandPoint Consulting Group may review submitted information and determine whether to offer an interview or next step.
We may decline to proceed with any candidate when appropriate, subject to applicable law.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide complete and accurate information. Misrepresentation of licensing status, background, experience or other material information may result in removal from consideration or termination of any later relationship.
COMMUNICATIONS
By submitting your contact information, you authorize communications related to your inquiry, assessment, appointments and requested opportunity. Marketing text messages or promotional communications will be sent only as permitted by your consent and applicable law.
